Softrow Terms of Use

1. The desk
Softrow helps you open a RoleCard for one job, practice out loud, and tailor resume language when you Allow cloud coaching. You use Softrow on your own iPhone; there is no Softrow account in this build.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the job postings and answers you add. Do not use Softrow to harass employers, falsify credentials, or upload unlawful content. Softrow does not submit applications, contact recruiters, or guarantee interviews or offers.
3. Optional cloud features
DeepSeek coaching runs only after you Allow AI data sharing. Declining keeps local RoleCards and scores. Cloud processing follows the Privacy Policy.
4. Tracking measurement
After the launch guide Continue, iOS may ask for tracking permission so Firebase Analytics can measure feature use. Declining tracking does not block the desk. Details are in the Privacy Policy (Guideline 5.1.2).
5. No purchases in this build
This tip has no In-App Purchases, subscriptions, or Restore flow.
6. Intellectual property
Softrow, its RoleCard chrome, and related marks belong to their owners. JD text and practice answers you create remain yours, subject to the licenses you grant DeepSeek when you Allow a turn.
7. Disclaimer
Softrow is provided as-is for personal interview practice. Coaching output may be incomplete or wrong — review every draft before you send it to an employer. We are not liable for hiring outcomes or for lost local data after you delete the app.
